Wild Wild Wet is Singapore’s biggest outdoor water park, located at Downtown East in Pasir Ris in the east of the island. It has more than a dozen slides and pools, from a near-vertical free-fall slide and a looping capsule slide to a lazy river, a wave pool and several splash areas for young children, making it a popular half-day escape from the heat.

History of Wild Wild Wet
Wild Wild Wet opened on 5 June 2004 and is run by NTUC Club at Downtown East. A major expansion in 2016-2017 doubled the park from about 2 to 4 hectares and added new rides; it reopened in its current form in November 2017.

- Torpedo: A capsule launch slide with a 360-degree loop (min. 1.2m).
- Vortex: An enclosed flume slide with a loop (min. 1.2m).
- Kraken Racers: A four-lane head-first mat racer (min. 1.1m).
- Ular-Lah, Royal Flush and Slide Up: Raft and half-pipe rides for pairs and groups.
- Shiok River and Tsunami: A lazy river of about 335 metres and a wave pool.
- Kids’ areas: Professor’s Playground, Splash Play, Kidz Zone and a toddler pool for young children.

- Ride the big slides early: Queues build up from early afternoon, especially at weekends.
- Float the lazy river: A relaxing break between thrill rides.
- Let kids loose in the play zones: Shallow water and small slides for different ages.
- Rent a locker or cabana: Lockers are available on site; cabanas can be rented for more shade.
- Combine with Downtown East: Stay on for dinner or a movie at the resort complex next door.
Wild Wild Wet – Entry Eligibility and Open Timings
- Hours: Monday, Wednesday-Friday 12pm-6pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 11am-6pm; last admission 5pm. Closed on Tuesdays except school and public holidays. Hours may be extended in school holidays.
- Tickets: Off-peak and peak pricing; online prices at the time of writing started from about S$23 (off-peak). Children under 3 enter free.
- Rules: Proper swimwear is required (no zips or buttons), and outside food and drink are not allowed.
- Rides can close temporarily during lightning or heavy rain.

How Long to Spend at Wild Wild Wet
Plan on 3 to 5 hours to try the main slides, float the lazy river and let children enjoy the play zones. On busy weekends allow extra time for queues.
How to Get There
- MRT: Pasir Ris station (East-West line), then a short bus or taxi ride, or about a 15-20 minute walk to Downtown East.
- Bus: Several services run between Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and Downtown East; check Google Maps for the current route.
- Taxi or Grab: 1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore 519599; about 30 minutes from the city centre, or 15 minutes from Changi Airport.
